Impersonation

Issue a short-lived (30 min) token that lets you act as any user for debugging. Every action is logged with both your operator ID and the impersonated user ID.

Use with discretion.

Impersonation sessions can read and write any data the target user can. Always pair with a support ticket ID or incident reference in the reason field. End the session as soon as you’re done.
